美国时间本周一，8月22日，杭州骑客智能科技有限公司（下称“骑客”）委托美国奥睿律师事务所Orrick,Herrington&Sutcliffe（下称“奥睿”）的合伙人马宇峰律师（Yufeng Ethan Ma）及其美国团队在美国加利福尼亚中区联邦地区法院，以修改骑客最初于2016年5月19日提起的专利侵权诉讼起诉状的形式，对Razor USA公司（下称“Razor”）的最新电动平衡车产品Hovertrax 2.0提起侵犯骑客第9,376,155号美国发明专利（“155号专利”）的诉讼。据悉，Hovertrax 2.0是Razor在骑客对其原产品提起外观设计侵权诉讼，以及其平衡车产品因安全隐患问题而被美国消费者产品安全委员会强制大量召回后推出的最新款产品。在对Hovertrax 2.0产品进行开机检查并仔细分析后，骑客委托奥睿于第一时间提交了诉状修改。

Continue Fighting Against Infringement——Hangzhou Chic Brought Razor’s Latest Product Hovertrax 2.0 to Court for Patent Infringement
This Monday, August 22(US PST), Hangzhou Chic Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (“Chic”) instructed Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe (“Orrick”) and its partnersMr. Yufeng Ethan Ma and Mr. Mark Wine, to file the Second Amended Complaint with the United States District Court for the Central District of California(“Court”) in apatent infringement lawsuit originally brought by Chic against Razor USA LLC (“Razor”) on May 19, 2016. The purpose of this Second Amendment is primarily to add the claim that Razor’s newestHovertrax 2.0 product infringes Chic’s U.S Patent No. 9,376,155 (the “’155 Patent”). Hovertrax 2.0 is the latest product that Razor has redesignedafter Chic brought the May 19 lawsuit, and after alarge number of its products were recalled by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission for safety issues. The Hovertrax 2.0 product has just become available in the U.S. Market. Afterthorough and careful examination of the Hovertrax 2.0 product,Chic instructed Orrick to immediately file the Second Amended Complaintwith the Court. We believe that although Hovertrax 2.0 has made some changes to its design and structure, it still infringes Chic’s ‘155 patent that was issued on June 28, 2016.
