A new version of the classic Wuxi Opera "Pearl Pagoda" is performed in Suzhou, east China's Jiangsu Province, July 5, 2011, by the performers of Jiangsu provincial Wuxi Opera troupe. The opera was performed in Suzhou's Great Hall of the People, offering the audience in Suzhou a sensual feast of art. "Pearl Pagoda" is one of the elaborate operas in Jiangsu and is well received by audience. (Xinhua/Wang Jiankang)
