Work Rounds 1-12 of Neck Pattern four times; pattern is repeated 8[10] times in each round.

Work Rounds 1-19 of Collar Pattern; pattern is repeated 20[25] times in each round. 160[200] sts.

Loosely BO all sts knitwise.
