普利斯项目篇：中环岛·法式度假式酒店公寓

中环岛定位为高端度假酒店式公寓。普利斯设计集团将其打造成一个离尘静土的避世天堂。

秉承度假酒店的一贯风格结合公寓的服务需求，项目总体设计既有宏伟壮阔的轴线，也有小巧的庭院小径；不同的空间综合考量，整体休闲浪漫，精致唯美。

售楼处景观以水景和木平台为主要元素，木平台隐逸在水景与植物内部，形成相对私密舒适的洽谈和休息空间。植物环绕，水声潺潺，天然质朴的木平台中，精致的家具，悠闲惬意，是开启未来精致休闲生活的决策佳地。水的灵动为售楼处带来灵性与活力，成为售楼处源源不断的风水动力。

建筑入口四个大体量花钵气势恢宏，精致的花岗岩雕刻与镶嵌的铜饰装饰，极尽彰显高贵品质。入口铺装精致美观，与建筑相得益彰。

内部庭院则在本不对称的中央庭院中演绎出大气磅礴的中央轴线水景。中央水景与南部主入口形成轴线，主入口广场正中有装饰精美的特色Logo景墙形成屏障。

入口广场前有大面积的水景及两边对称法式构筑物。构筑物平台亲水宜人，形成浮于水面之上的效果。中间是抬高的镜面水景，上有与水面齐平的种植池和精挑细选的八棱海棠。种植池端头是整个庭院中央轴线的中心和视觉焦点。

中间抬高镜面水景在两侧和收口也都形成壮阔跌水墙，巧妙运用高差，不同位置的视觉打造上独具匠心。同时，抬高的镜面水景既丰富了视觉，也让视线有所停留，将庭院划分开来，借鉴了中式以小见大的处理手法，将一个并不算大的中庭打造得移步异景，曲转回肠。

Central Island is a unique paradise created to provide a sanctuary from the outside world. With both magnificent landscaping and elaborate courtyard paths, the premier serviced apartments development provides various green spaces to its residents. A large water feature and wooden terraces are the focal elements in the saleshouse, combing to form private spaces for gatherings and rest. The entrance is decorated with four large flower pots and an elegant granite sculpture inlayed with a copper design, delivering a noble theme to the development. A grand central axis water feature, extending from the southern main entry, has been created in the asymmetrical internal courtyard. The logo wall in the square acts as a screen, separating the community from the outside world. In the center of the large scale water feature is the elevated pool with Malus Robusta. The elevated pool creates a grand drop wall, not only dividing the courtyard, but contributing to the visual attraction.
