The project lies 300 meters east of the intersection of Zhanqian Road and Qinglong road in Hefei city, Anhui province. Close to Subway Line 3, the project is within Binhu West High Intelligence Living Area. Created with a SMILE aesthetic facade, it is a city block enjoying three-dimensional traffic consisting of two vertical and three horizontal streets. With fresh oxygen parks, frontier culture, fashion business in planning, the future life scene of the city block is close at hand.

微笑斑马线在白天以上扬的嘴角，亲和地迎接每一位来往的过客；而在黑夜中，透光混凝土则如同家门前永不熄灭的夜灯，照亮每一个游子归家的路。与道路齐平的高度则保证了行人的安全舒适性，同时以限制机动车车速的方式构建行人友好型的街道。

在路口，渐变的铺装吸引路人由外及里进入街道，延续的调色铺装则引导路人深入地探索社区店铺，深色的铺装区分了商业外摆的范围；入口规整的方形铺装分明予住宅入口以仪式感，而艺术空间入口则由人字缝铺装鲜明地界定。
At the intersection, the gradual pavement attracts passers-by to enter the street from outside to inside, while the continuous pavement with mixed colors guides passers-by to explore the community shops deeply. The regular square paving at the entrance gives the residential entrance a sense of ritual, while the entrance to the art space is clearly defined by the herringword paving.

以相对而立的镜面艺术装置作为街道的对景，制造街道无限延伸的视觉错觉，拱形的语汇与建筑同出一体，在契合整体的同时为街道增添艺术时尚感。
The mirror art installation is used as the opposite scene of the street to create the visual illusion of the infinite extension of the street. The arched vocabulary is integrated with the building, which adds the sense of art and fashion to the street while fitting into the whole.
售楼空间
售场空间作为沿街立面的一部分，在传统售楼处所强调的品质与尊贵感之外，也提升了街道的美感层次。镜面水景空间将售楼展示界面拉长，吸引人们驻足观赏。
As a part of the facade along the street, the sales space not only emphasizes the quality and dignity of the traditional sales space, but also improves the aesthetic level of the street. The mirrored waterscape space will elongate the display interface of the sales building, attracting people to stop and watch.
建筑以四个模块化体量为基础进行组合设计，结合交通空间及灰空间形成小型口袋公园，丰富界面层次，也为社区生活带来更多趣味性。相互渗透的多重空间层次共塑缤纷生活场景，创造有温度，多维度的社区生活体验。
The building is based on the combined design of four modular volumes, combining the traffic space and grey space to form a small pocket park, which enriches the interface level and brings more interest to the community life. The multiple space levels that infiltrate each other form colorful life scenes together, creating a warm and multi-dimensional community life experience.

建筑门廊形成的口袋空间，为街道提供了生活化的空间场景。售楼建筑前水景一直延伸至半室内空间，展现空间的连贯性，使街道更为整体和艺术。人们可以上到二楼的平台，休憩谈天，美好的街景尽收眼底。
The pocket space formed by the porch of the building provides a living space scene for the street. The water in front of the sales building extends to the semi-indoor space, showing the coherence of the space, making the street more integral and artistic. People can go to the platform on the second floor to have a rest and talk, and have a good view of the street.

入口广场结合建筑连廊，利用林荫树阵，轴线铺装和镜面水景营造空间的仪式感。地面铺装形式和门楼圆拱形式相对应，随着音乐跳动的跳泉和发光树池的设计，整个空间设计元素统一和谐，充满艺术感和趣味性。
