1．This project contract time limit for a project is 60 days (calendar day begins from the operation, it does not contain design time limit for a project).

本工程合同工期为60天（日历天从开工之日起算起，不含设计工期）

2．In case the following situation, the labor seasonal cropping postpones correspondingly with the written form determined postpones the deadline after Party A signed the visa.

如遇下列情况，经甲方代表签证后，工期作相应顺延，并用书面形式确定顺延期限。

3．竣工期限：从配合甲方建厂工程开始，在甲方工厂竣工后30天内完成，包括工厂内部完工可使空调设备运转期在内。

Time limit for completion: The work hereof shall be commenced in compliance with the construction work of Party A’s plant, including the completion of inner part of the plant when the plant is in the condition that trial run for air conditioning mechanism is possible.

合同工期 Time limit of the contract

1、主井：开竣工日期 至 ，日历工期 548 天。

The main shaft will start construction on and be completed on with the construction period of 548 days.

2、南风井：开竣工日期 至 ，日历工期 330 天 。

以上各井的开工日期以经批准的开工报告日期为准，日历工期不含附属工程及堵水注浆的工期，其工期另行约定。

The south ventilation shaft will start construction on and be completed on with the construction period of 330 days.

The approved start date is applicable as the start dates of the above shafts are concerned. The calendar time limit does not include time limits for auxiliary projects including grouting for leaking water. These time limits should be determined specially.

乙方必须根据本合同老挝政府的相关规定，在监理工程师签署开工令后90天之日起48个月内完成合同内全部工程的施工。正式的节假日包括在工期之内。如果乙方由于某些不可抗拒的原因而认为不可按期完工的话，可书面通知甲方，说明原因，并提出要求增加期限。如果乙方证实这些原因存在，合同期限可以适当延长。

Party B must be based on Lao Government Policy, Regulation and Procedure to complete the contractual work within 48 months from the date, 90 days after the supervision engineer sign the groundbreaking work order. All Lao official holidays are included within the time limit. If Party B for some reasons that cannot complete on schedule, they may make a request for extension of time to Party A by written notice stating the reasons. If Party B confirmed the existence of these reasons, the contract period may be appropriately extended.

Construction period:合同工期：

The date of start-up: within one week after the contract is signed. The date of completion: Jan.10, 2004. (accepted by the government). The landlord will give full support to the contractor in organizing the government acceptance, for instance, put stamps, offer relevant documents within 24 hours after the contractor requires. Otherwise the time deadline for the government acceptance can be postponed correspondingly. .

开工日期：本合同签订后1星期内。竣工日期：2004年1月10日。（需通过政府部门竣工验收）。 但业主应给予全力配合，在承包方提出要求的24小时内提供需要的公章、材料等，如因发包方的配合不力，验收时间可以顺延。

施工工期要求：Project Term

1、根据现场施工总进度要求：本分项工程的施工工期为按周进度计划的要求进行；

Execution term of this subject shall, pursuant to the requirement of general progress on-sit, be carried out on the basis of Schedule of Week’s Progress.

2、为确保施工工期，甲方根据总工期（总工期以签定的合同工期为准）的要求，以周计划进行工期进度的安排，乙方必须严格按照甲方制定的周进度计划安排工作并确保其完成。

In the expectation of ensuring term of project party A will, pursuant to the requirement of general term which be subject to the term which is stipulated herein, make preparation of progress with weekly schedule with which party B should be in strict accordance, and ensure its accomplishment thereof.

基坑土方开挖工期暂定为30天（以甲方通知开挖日期为开工日），如果因甲方原因造成工期延误的，经甲方确认后工期可顺延。如果因设计变更或其它非乙方能力所能抵御的原因，而不能按期完工或中途停工，则竣工日期应予顺延。

Project period of trench earthwork is provisionally scheduled for 30 days which from the date of commencement by party A’s notice, where delay of work’s period due to party A’s reason which is confirmed by party A, may be duly postponed. Provided that if failure of completion or suspension of project arising out of or relating to alteration of design and / or other reasons beyond party B ‘s ability to resist or overcome, the completion date shall be duly postponed.

施工日期 Works Period

1、开工日期：以乙方接到甲方书面开工通知之日为开工日期。

Commencement Date is the day on which party B is informed with party A’s written notice of commencing works.

2、竣工日期：以乙方接到甲方书面通知拆架全部完毕之日为竣工日期。

Completion Date is the day on which party B is informed with party A’s written notice of dismantling all scaffold.

3使用期限：甲方使用乙方钢管脚手架工期为 个月（自乙方接到甲方书面通知开始搭设之日起至甲方书面通知拆架全部完毕之日计算）。

Use Period limited: Works period during which party A use the steel pipe scaffolding which being fixed by party B will be months on and from the date of receipt of party A’s written notice for commencement of fixing scaffold to the date of dismantling all scaffold under party A’s written notice.

4、施工工期以工程开工日期至竣工日期计算。

Project period is calculated from the day of commencement to the day of completion.

施工工期 Work Period

本工程要求工期为 日历天（接到甲方通知后10天内进场施工），如果甲方不能向乙方按时提供安装施工场地，工期相应延长。

The work period of this project is calendar days. Party B should enter into the site for execution within ten days upon receipt of party A’s Notice. Provided that party A’s failure to provide party B with the working site of installation on time, the corresponding extension of work period may be available.

本合同签订后一周内，丙方应根据乙方施工总进度要求制订具体施工进度计划表，提交甲方及监理单位审批后方可实施。

Party C should, within one week after signature of this contract, pursuant to the requirement of party B’s General Progress of Construction, formulate particular progress schedule which will be submitted to party A and supervisor for review and approval before implementation thereof.

合同签订之日起，工期为五个月。

Project period is five months as of the date of concluding this contract.

项目的建设工期 Article Four Limit term of Project

工期：本项目建设总工期为24个月，其建设进度如下：

Project Term: The total duration of project shall be 24 months in which the progress schedule as follows:

工程开工：于 日前工程正式开工 (以正式开工报告时间为准)；

Commencement of Project: Commencing prior to the date of , subject to the date of Commencement Report.

竣工移交：通过内部验收后1个月内。

Completion and Delivery: Within one month after internal acceptance.

工期 Article Five Time for Completion

本工程自___日开工至___日完工，工期为____天。非承包人原因（如停水、停电、降雨等）影响施工，工期顺延。由于发包人或承包人的原因，未能按期开工、完工时，按本合同第4条规定执行。

This project commence on and from the date of , complete on the date of and the construction duration is days. Provided that if the reasons of non-contractor such as cutting off supply of water, electricity and rainfall affect construction, the completion time shall be extended correspondingly. The failure of commencement or completion on schedule shall, if, due to the reasons of employer or contractor, be executed subject to the provision of Article 4.

The Exploration Period under this Service Contract shall be three (3) years from the Effective Date of the Service Contract, or a shorter period when the Contractor has fulfilled all its contractual obligations.

本合同项下勘探期为自本合同生效日起的三年，如承包商在更短的期限内完成勘探义务，则本合同视为到期。

Work period for the Road Construction Project: the work shall be completed within 2 month upon signing the Contract. The condition of handover is that the Project Inspection & Acceptance Team constituted by Party A, shall issue the Inspection & Acceptance Sheet after onsite inspection.

本次工程时间周期：合同签订后2个月内完成，并以甲方组成的竣工验收小组现场检验并出具验收单为竣工交接条件。
