有机肥生产管理规定
一、目的:为规范工艺操作，保证工艺规程的严格、完整的执行，制定本规定。
二、适用范围:适用于本公司有机肥车间的工艺生产和工艺管理及质量管理。
三、有机肥产品定义:
以畜禽粪便及工农业有机废弃物为主要原料，经过发酵腐熟后制成的有机肥料。有机肥用编织袋包装，每袋净含量40kg。
四、原辅料配比技术规程
1.原料及辅料
(1)原料:烟沫、腐植酸、养殖场畜禽粪便、磷矿渣等。
(2)辅料:CM菌种等。
2.原辅料要求
烟沫保证水分10%以下，有机质60%以上;腐植酸80%以上;粪便水份控制在85%以下，以保证运输过程的二次污染控制及堆肥前处理的水份控制。原料不得夹杂有其它较明显的杂质。菌种外购，活菌数保证2亿cfu/g,杂菌率?30%。
3.配比工艺要求
(1)原辅料:C/N比控制在23-28。
(2)含水量:原料配比含水量控制在25%-40%。
3(3)容重控制在0.4-0.8g/cm。

五、堆肥发酵生产技术规程
1. 工艺流程
前处理---主发酵---后熟发酵---后加工。
2.主要工艺条件
(1)前处理的原料要求参见原辅料配比工艺规程。
(2)高效的微生物菌剂。添加菌剂后将菌剂与原辅料混匀，并
6 使堆肥的起始微生物含量达10个/g以上。
(3)堆高大小:自然通风时，高度1.0-1.5米,宽1.5-3.0米,长度任意。
(4)温度变化:完整的堆肥过程由低温、中温、高温和降温四个阶段组成。堆肥温度一般在50-60?，最高时可达70-80?。温度由低向高现逐渐升高的过程，是堆肥无害化的处理过程。堆肥在高温(45-65?)维持10天，病原菌、虫卵、草籽等均可被杀死。
(5)翻堆:堆肥温度上升到60度以上，保持48小时后开始翻堆，(但当温度超过70度时，须立即翻堆)，翻堆时务必均匀彻底，将低层物料尽量翻入堆中上部，以便充分腐熟，视物料腐熟程度确定翻堆次数。
3.发酵方式:平地堆置发酵
将原料和发酵菌，经搅拌充分混合，水分调节在25%-40%，堆成宽约2米、高约1.5米的长垛，长度可根据发酵车间长度而定。每2-5天可用机械或人工翻垛一次，以提供氧气、散热和使物料发酵均匀，发酵中如发现物料过干，应及时在翻堆时喷洒水分，确保顺利发diagnostic imaging data. 1、物料的领取
一是根据生产指令单上的生产配方要求，领取生产所需物料。
二是各物料必须整齐的摆放在物料暂存区，区分明确易于识别。
三是领料必须填写领料单,并由生产主管签署后生产人员才能领料，领料时生产人员和仓管必须签字确认实发数量。
2、配料搅拌
一是检测原料是否准备齐全，场地是否清理干净。
二是先将各物料按照配方要求均匀合理的一层一层铺在混料区，然后用人工翻混3次已达到物料混合均匀为准。
三是混合好的物料运送至粉碎区。
3、粉碎
一是先检查粉碎机运转是否正常，刀片、锣底和出料口布袋是否磨损破坏，否则立即更换。
二是混合好的物料暂放区、粉碎区和包装区一定要严格区分
三是开启粉碎机开关待运转正常后匀速向粉碎机中添加物料，物料添加速度以不堵塞粉碎机为准。
四是粉碎的过程中一定要时刻注意检测筛网的破损情况，一但破损立即更换。
4、包装
一是检查机器运装是否正常，包装袋标识粘贴是否完整、牢固，定量系统是否校正，缝包机是否加油维护,场地是否清理干净。 diagnostic imaging data. 二是打开粉碎机出料口将粉碎的产品装入包装袋中，包装前一定要检查是否出现较多粗纤维(粉碎不好的)、产品颜色不统一、细度不一致、结块发白等情况，如果出现不能包装，必须重新进行筛分处理才能包装。
三是确定产品外观符合要求后，准确称量40kg/包，进行缝包操作,将包装好的成品入库保存。
七、不合格产品管理制度
(一)不合格产品的划定
1、原材料不合格品
(1)原材料进厂后经检验不合格时，质检部门应按技术标准进行重新取样检验，决定该材料合格或不合格。
(2)对紧缺原材料的关键项目，已检验判定为不合格产品时由质检部门签发不合格产品报告单，经技术部提出处理意见。厂长批准后，方可使用，质检部门应将反馈意见在原材料不合格品处理台账中登记在案查考。
(3)已判定为不合格产品的原材料不能入库，不合格原材料在技术部处理过程中，质检部门应积极配合以维护企业利益。
2、产品不合格品
(1)产品第一次抽检不合格时，质检部门应按产品标准规定抽样复验，判定该产品是否合格。
(2)产品经抽样复验，有某一项质量指标不合格，应按不合格品处理。
