Introduction
【概述】
Nasal vestibular eczema refers to skin eczema of the nasal vestibule andits surrounding areas. Clinically, it mainly manifests as polymorphic skininjury of the nasal vestibule, lower end of the external nose and upper lipsuch as local skin flush, bister, exudate, erosion and scab. Clinically, thedisease falls into two types: acute nasal vestibular eczema and chronic nasalvestibular eczema. The disease easily occurs in children, especially theinfants with allergic constitution, mostly with complications of eczema of theexternal ear and facial eczema.
鼻前庭湿疹是指发于鼻前庭及其周围皮肤的湿疹。临床主要表现为鼻前庭、外鼻下端和上唇局部皮肤潮红、水疱、渗液、糜烂、结痂等多形性皮损。临床上可分为急性和慢性两类。本病易发生于幼儿，尤其是过敏体质的婴幼儿，常常与外耳湿疹及颜面部湿疹合并发病。
The pathogenic factors and pathogenesis of this disease are possiblyrelated to allergic reaction, endocrine disorder, metabolic disturbance, andindigestion, etc.
本病的病因和发病机理，可能与变态反应、内分泌失调、代谢障碍、消化不良等有关。
The disease belongs to “Bichuang”(nasal sore) in TCM according to its clinical manifestations. Itspathogenic factors are mainly related to stagnated heat of lung meridian as wellas dampness and heat of the spleen and stomach at the acute stage and to blooddeficiency at the chronic stage. When stagnated heat of lung meridian ordampness and heat of the spleen and stomach rises to invade the nose, skinulceration will occur in the patients with acute onset in most cases; whenblood deficiency generates wind and transforms into dryness, nasal skin willlose its nourishment, giving rise to the disease at the chronic stage on mostoccasions. This is the pathogenesis of the disease.
根据本病的临床表现，属中医学的“鼻疮”范畴。其病 因在急性期主要与肺经郁热和脾胃湿热有关，在慢性期主要与血虚有关。本病的主要病机，急性发作者多为肺经郁热或脾胃湿热上犯于鼻部，肌肤肿溃；慢性期则多由于血虚生风化燥，鼻部肌肤失养而致。
