【诊断要点】

The main points for diagnosis are skin injuries such as skin flush,blister, exudate, erosion and scab of the nasal vestibule, the part aroundnostrils and upper lip.

鼻前庭以鼻前庭、鼻孔周围、上唇皮肤潮红、水疱、渗

液、糜烂、结痂等皮损为诊断要点。

In the case of acute attack,the patient has local skin flush, blister, ulceration, exudate and crust; atthe chronic stage, the patient has skin pachynsis, pachylosis, squame, rhagas,and lichenification, etc.
急性发作者，局部皮肤有潮红、水疱、破溃、渗液、结痂；慢性期则有皮肤增厚、粗糙、线屑、皲裂、苔藓化等表现。
The affected part is itching orhas burning sensation.
患处瘙痒或有灼热感。
It is easy to recur.
易反复发作。
