在英语中，很多表示时间段的名词，加上以下的代词或形容词，都可以直接地变成副词短语，而没有必要加上我们感到很难琢磨的介词。

这样的直接做副词的短语，更像是汉语的表达，所以，我们能很容易地掌握它们，把它们运用到语言表达中去。

这用了at的这个介词，但是，我们也可以省掉介词，像汉语那样说就可以了
