一二三条是因内容比较多,可简单用英语陈述,主要提供学习策略,供学生阅读思考。

 

一、开场白

亲爱的同学们,首先祝贺大家升入高二年级!只要我们能学好高二英语第五册,我们就达到英语七级的标准,也就是高中毕业的水平,加油。其次,从情感态度上来说,学习英语要树立信心,对吸收外国文化带着渴望的眼睛,充满求知兴趣。再次,注意学习策略和方法,善于想出适合自己的好办法来学好每一模块的单词、短语和句型,通过课内外的听说读写的各种活动来强化语言知识的记忆和运用。善于利用自己的特长如语言、数理逻辑、空间、色彩、音乐、交际等多元智能优势,通过语音规则、构词法、联想编造故事、上下文情境等等各种策略来记住单词的音、形、义,通过造句、写段落、写日记、互相采访对话等各种活动来学会词汇、句型的运用。最后相信青春年少、拥有激情的大家完全能学好英语!提一点英语自主学习建议供大家参考。

二、英语自主学习建议

新课标规定英语课时四——五节课,作为需要大量听(每天必须坚持20分钟)、说(能用模块所学词汇句型表达不同的观点看法)、读(23万课外文章)、写(运用所学的词汇句型结构来组织段落,注意用对时态和语态,适当运用连词)才能学好的语言科目,如果指望课上来学好英语显然是不够的,上课是培养同学学习的策略、方法,形成学习英语的好习惯。课下同学们要养成良好的学习习惯,善于运用所学来提高英语水平。

三、学习策略和习惯

 

遵循 预习新课——认真听课——及时复习——巩固练习——反思交流 的环节

 

(一)课前一定要预习。1.预习词汇,首先读一下课文,看是否能根据上下文猜测一下,通过词汇表判断自己的猜测,能加深词汇的记忆。在看单词表时,按照以下口诀去做一定会功到自然成,顽石变成金。

记单词口诀

眼看词汇形与义,嘴读词汇之发音。

手写形式按规则,脑记含义要辛勤。

课文之中重语境,上下文中语意真。

知新温故靠复习,狠下功夫石成金。

我们知道如果一个人看一本书,让他进行复述,记不住多少内容,而看了一次电影,却能对其中的情节过目不忘。所以专家说视觉能记住70%的内容。对单词的词形进行联想,把单词的词形和具体形象连起来,或在读准音标的基础上根据谐音来记忆。这一点主要利用了视觉图像的作用,发挥了右脑的优势,cliff,就可把ff看成两个壮夫在cli(mb)爬山,再如hurricane,可以联想到“飓风来了,快飞吧hurri(y)!仙鹤cane。”

所以对各个不相关的单词,通过头脑风暴,运用你的联想,去编织一些美丽的形象生动故事,利用右脑的图像和单词意义建立联系,这样记忆单词,能长久不忘。

2.预习introduction,能提前通过思考或讨论回答其中的问题,在上课时用英语回答出来。

3.预习课文,预测课文要讲什么内容,能回答读前或读后的问题。

4.预习语法,循序渐进,能运用语法规则造出生活情境的句子。

5.通过预习能提前学会一些东西,同时发现一些自己不足和不会的问题,这样上课听课有了重点。不打无准备之仗,凡事预则立,不预则废。

(二)课上一定认真听讲,积极动脑回答问题,积极发问提出问题。不要被动接受知识,要主动灵活的去掌握知识,提高语言运用技能。可用不同颜色的笔记好笔记。老师、和同学积极合作配合。由团队意识、合作精神,有利于学习氛围的形成。

(三)课后一定要及时复习,防止迅速遗忘。如果能及时复习,第三天以后仍能记住70%的内容,如果不及时复习,第二天到50%,第三天以后逐步剩下30%-20%的东西了。通过复习巩固知识,同时还能反思一些新问题。通过生生或师生及时交流,加以解决。要勇于不耻上问,有问题、有想法和建议要勇于到办公室去老师及时交流,学生可以明确答案,而老师得到及时反馈,一举两得,何乐而不为呢?

(四)复习后及时巩固练习,通过练习查缺补漏,巩固知识,提高能力。做完练习后,迅速核对答案,思考一下对的是否明白道理,错的是否及时改正,明白错的原因,再及时找类似的题巩固一下。建立错题档案,经常回头复习,自然在以后的习题中不会欠缺,游刃有余。

(五)反思和交流。学完一个模块后,回顾一下自己学到了什么东西,有哪些新的进步,和同学互相提问交流一下,给未来的学习奠定基础。

Teaching process

Lead-in:

1.How much do you know about the American and British English? Are they exactly the same?

2. Among the words you have learnt , can list any words that belong to Am.E or Br.E?

For  example :American football 橄榄球,美式足球;英国称作rugby rugby football(橄榄球,R式足球),每队11人,使用椭圆形球。

 Soccer(英国口语)又称Association football英式足球(A式足球),即通常所谓的football.每队11人,使用圆形球。

1.British English and American English are different in many ways.

英式英语和美式英语在很多方面是不同的。
