Each Party undertakes with the other Party that it shall treat as strictly confidential all informationreceived or obtained by it or its employees, agents or advisers as a result of ente-ring into or performing this Agreement including information relating to the provisions of this Agreement, the negotiations leading up to this Agreement, the subject matter of this Agreement or the business or affairs of the other Party or any member of the other Party's group of companies and that it shall not at any time hereafter make use of or disclose or divulge to any person any such information and shall use its best endeavors to prevent the publication or disclosure of any such information.
各方应当向其他方承诺，对其在签订或者履行本协议过程中由其雇员、代理人或者顾问处所获得的所有信息（包括合同条款、为达成合同进行的谈判、合同标的以及其他方或其他成员公司的任一成员的交易信息或者事务）承担严格保密责任，且不得在任何时候使用或者向他人披露信息并应当竭力防止该类信息的公布和泄露。
