信号旗的含义

写在前面的话：

国际信号旗是一种船只间的旗帜沟通系统，让船只快速清晰地表明自船的意图，早在18世纪末，信号旗就作为军舰和商船的重要通信手段，被广泛采用。信号旗作为一种最简便，最可靠的通信手段仍在继续使用。

船舶信号旗代表的中英文含义：

A    I have a diver down;keep well clear at slow speed.

     我下面有潜水员；请慢速远离我 

 

B    I am taking in, or discharging, or carrying dangerous goods.

      我正在装卸危险货物

 

C   Yes(affirmative or 'The significance of the Previous group should be Read in the affirmative') 

      是，表示肯定

 

D    Keep clear of me;I am manoeuvring with difficulty

     我船操作困难，请远离我

 

E   I am altering my course to starboard.

      我正向右转向

 

F   I am disable; communicate with me

     我船操作失灵，请与我通信

 

G   I require a tug./When made by fishing vessels operating in close proximity on the fishing grounds it means:'I am shooting nets'

       我需要引航员/渔船代表正在收网

 

H   I have a pilot on board.

    我船有引航员

I     I am altering my course to port

       我正向左转向

 

J    I am on fire and have dangerous cargo on board; keep well clear of me.

       我船失火，并且船上有危险货物，请远离我

 

K   I wish to communicate with you.

      我希望与你通信

 

L    You should stop your vessel instantly

      你应立即停船

 

M   My vessel is stopped and making no way through the water.

      我船已停，并已没有对水速度

 

N   No(negative or 'The significance of the previous group should be read in the negative'

    不是, 表示否定

     有人落水

 

P  In  harbour， All  persons  should  report  on  board  as  the  vessel  is  about  to proceed to sea.

    At sea. It may be used by fishing vessels to mean:' My nets have come fast upon an obstruction

   在港内,挂“P”表示我轮即将开航出海，所有船员应返船

     在海上,当由渔船使用时，意为“我的网缠在障碍物上”

1 ST  SUBSTITUTE

   Used to repeat the first flag or pennant in the same hoist.

 

2 ND  SUBSTITUTE

   Used to repeat the second flag or pennant in the same hoist.

   Used to repeat the third flag or pennant in the same hoist.
