工商管理专业本科学分制培养方案

Training Program of Undergraduate Students of Business Administration Major with Academic Credit System

一、培养目标

本专业培养适应现代市场经济需要,具备人文精神、科学素养和诚信品质,掌握现代管理理论,具有国际化视野、创新意识、团队精神,具有实践能力与沟通技能,能够在营利性和非营利性机构从事管理工作或理论研究和教学工作的应用型、复合型专业人才。

I. Training Objectives

Business Administration nurtures and creates senior specialized professionals and inter-disciplinary talents who adapt to the requirements of the market economy with comprehensive development in moral, humanistic spirit, scientific literacy and integrity quality. thus gaining capacities in contemporary management theory, international vision, consciousness of innovation, team spirit, enterprises operations, communication and coordinating, who will undertake management work, theoretical research or teaching jobs in enterprises, institutions and government.

 

二、培养要求

本专业学生主要学习管理学、经济学和企业管理的基本理论和基本知识,接受企业管理方法与技巧方面的基本训练,掌握分析和解决企业管理问题的基本能力。

Basic Educational Requirements

Students mainly study the basic theory and knowledge of Management, Economics and Enterprise Management. They will be well trained in the methodologies and skills of management, and gain abilities in analyzing and solving enterprise management problems.

 

三、毕业生应获得的知识、能力

1、掌握管理学、经济学的基本原理和现代企业管理的基本知识,掌握必要的人文科学方面的知识,具备相当的人文素养;

    2、掌握企业管理的定性、定量分析方法;

3、具有较强的语言与文字表达、人际沟通以及分析和解决企业管理工作问题的基本能力;

4、熟悉我国企业管理的有关方针、政策和法规以及国际企业管理的惯例与规则;

5、具有对专业文献检索、综合的能力,了解本学科的理论前沿和发展动态,具有一定的科学研究和实际工作能力,具有一定的批判性思维能力。

III. The knowledge and ability obtained by graduate

1.Solid grounding in basic knowledge of management and economics, humanities and arts, humanistic quality;

2.Skills of qualitative and quantitative analysis in business management;

3.Ability in the use of mother language to plan, conduct and present a business project, effective communication, and solving problems of enterprise management;

4.Understanding the policies, regulations and laws of China, and the routine rules of international business administration;

5.Obtains the ability to retrieve and comprehensive literatures, and knows the developing trends in this and relating majors.

 

四、专业主干课程

管理学原理、会计学原理、经济学、管理统计学、市场营销学、财务管理学、管理信息系统、经济法、企业战略管理、人力资源管理、生产与运作管理、组织行为学、运筹学、国际企业管理、组织理论与设计、物流与供应链管理。

The Principle of Management, The Principle of Accounting,  Economics, Managing Statistics, Marketing, Financial Management, Managing Information System, Economic Law, Strategic Enterprise Management, Human Resource Management, Production and Operation Management, Organizational Behavior, Operational Research, International Enterprise Management, Organizational Theory and Design, Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

 

五、学制:四年

V.   Scheduling study term: Basically 4 years to complete their studies, a flexible educational system will be adopted which means 3 to 6 years to complete all credits is also acceptable.

 

六、授予学位:管理学学士学位
