1.What are the current problems of college education? How to resolve them?
In my opinion, the most serious problem of college education is laying too much emphasis on students’ employment rate. Almost all the top students want to study economics and finance and get an offer from investment banks. This is not right. Students have different talents and interests. They should not be motivated merely by salary in choosing a career. The current way of rating college education has to be changed.
2..Do you think English is important for your future plans? In what aspects is it important?
I believe that English plays an important role in my future plans. A lot of new research findings and academic these were written in English. Some may be translated but may take a long time and some may never be translated. In addition, scientists and experts use English to discuss and communicate with each other. Valuable insights are hard to come by if you have to focus attention on an interpreter. Simply put, English is the language of modern science.
3. why do you want to go back to study instead of going on with your work?
Thank you for your question. Frankly speaking, this is the question that I have asked myself repeatedly before I made this decision. Finally, I have found the most convincing reason for me to make this decision. That is the sense of unwilling and pursuing. Unwilling to accept the mediocrity and pursuing my dream. I really want to do something in this academic research area.

1. The book
The book of The Old Man and Sea is my favorite book. I can still remember that I was totally impressed when I read this book for the first time. It tells the story of a battle between an aging, experienced fisherman, Santiago, and a large marlin. After three days’ fight with sharks, the old man survived and caught the largest fish in his life. I can remember the sentence of this book “Man is not made for defeat. A man can be destroyed but not defeated! This book inspires me a lot.
2.What do you think of travelling
Travelling is fun, stimulating sometimes inspiring . I feel energized when I travel. Also, I make friends during trips to other places. And of course, as they say, travelling expands your outlook. I guess that’s why so many people travel around these days. By the way, I will make a trip to the Tibet after this interview.

I totally agree with this statement. To know what it is like to do real work and earn a living is crucial to college students. This will better prepare them for the future. By working part-time, they will understand that there are more aspects to life than academic studies and test scores.
