三、空灵水境
本真回归
蓝天、白云、清水、构架是东南亚的最大特点，中心水景有1000多方，种植了东南亚风情植物——高杆银海枣。
那如果没有水景的话他是怎样一种状态呢？
于是，我们提出了双栖空间设计。
有水的时候他可以调节小区的气候，是道美丽的风景；没水的时候大朋友可以在树荫底下聊聊天，而小朋友可以在树荫底下玩耍，那更是一道幸福的风景。

四、绿茵叠影
惬意雅居
地面与下沉庭院高差形成水幕墙，
在下沉庭院密植棕榈，洒下婆娑叠影，
跌水声隔离了外界，绿茵送上了清爽，叠影增加了意境，人于深处喝茶、冥想、放空。
高台远眺静水，俯瞰庭院，又是另一种乐趣。

五、匠心施工
设计管理人员、设计单位、施工单位无数次开会讨论节点，只为打造一个精品。
现场无数次因为一个小局部拆改，只为达到最佳效果。
为保证亭子的轻薄细节，现场采用多种收边方式，再加上风吹实验，观察瓦片受力状态和耐久性，经过无数次尝试，终于定稿，达到空灵效果。
下沉庭院都采用圆弧处理，并且采用非规律性圆弧，只为保证人在鸟瞰中的视角效果及人围绕下沉庭院游玩时的心理感受。
