I paid him 200 yuan for the painting.

（3）spend
常用于sb. spend time/money on sth.
sb. spend time/money (in) doing sth.
例句：Engineers spend much time and energy developing brilliant solutions.
工程师们花费很多时间和精力来开发完美的解决方案。

尤文图斯队已经在新球员身上花了2,300万英磅。
（4）take
take 表示花费时通常用于It takes sb. sometime to do sth. 花某人…时间做某事
如：It takes me half an hour to finish my homework.
花了我半小时的时间完成作业。
另外，take 还用于许多动词搭配中，是我们考试中考察的重点。如:
