北平简论：“交际英语”是辽宁卷常考题。2004-2009期间年测两道，比例够大，2010-2012则年考一例。在仅15小题的语言知识检测中如何做到考点平衡、均衡本身就是在践行考点选择的必要性原则。

事实上，很多地方卷早已不考交际英语（例如北京、上海、湖北、广东等）。

世有英语，而实无交际英语，语言的天职即是交际，而交际行为既表现为口语，亦可表现为书面。我们平常所说的“交际英语”专指高考英语试题中用于考查口语交际知识的习惯用语，包括习惯套语和习惯答语。所以，“交际英语”一词只能算作日常概念，算不得科学概念。它的初衷是在口语测试的缺位或不足的情况下，书面地考查一下考生口语的应对能力，算是一种无奈的替补。凡已进行专门口语测试的地方（卷）一般不再投放书面的“交际英语”的试题。

北平简评：选项配置的原则包括了真实性原则、必要性原则、均衡性原则等。通观辽宁卷“交际英语”试题，配选问题不容忽视。配选指命题者在确定了正确答案或在确立考点句子或句群之后，依据选项配置的“凑数法”，或按形式、或按词义、或按词用、或不按任何套路配足四个选项就算完成命题。配选之于试题犹拼题之于整卷。

选项的功能有二，一是启发、二是干扰。既不能启发也不能干扰的选项是无效选项。选项设计的目的也有两个：正确项为主测点（主考点），其他备选项为辅测点（辅考点）。以此观之，每一个选项都必须是有意义的、有意思的。有意义是说所有备选项都是有用的，能实现考点功能的。有意思是说所有备选项都是值得咀嚼的、有味道的，不是一眼就能望穿的秋水，更不是一杯淡而无味的白开水。

    从辽宁卷来看，考点设计以交际答语为主，交际答语又可分为习惯答语（例6等）、文义答语（例10等）及逻辑答语（例7等）。

  以上标注蓝色的选项存在配选问题。
