Lack of confidence
This is very common and one that only practice, practice and more practice will help to overcome. You could try to first speak in front of three or four others, then adding to the number as you become more confident. Breath properly while speaking as well as thinking positively about your ability to speak well will also help, along with lots of encouragement!
不自信是非常常见的一个问题，也是一个只有不断练习能克服的问题。Practice may not make perfect, but it surely makes better. 练习的过程可以先从对着三四个人演讲起，甚至对着镜子自己说给自己听。另外演讲过程中适当地调整呼吸也非常有助于增加勇气。
Speaking too fast
This is another common one, usually caused by nerves. Try to do the introduction of the speech in an exaggeratedly slow manner. Once you have done this a few times you may find it easier to find a middle ground.
语速太快也是一个常见问题，通常是因为太紧张。可以在演讲开始部分刻意放缓语速来帮助自己找到一个合适的节奏。
Appropriacy of body language
If this is a problem, try videoing your speech and watch. You will usually be able to identify where the problems lie and then work on improving these areas. Raising awareness is the most important thing here.
肢体语言表现不力的可以试着录下自己的演讲过程，反复播放，找到自己做得不恰当的点并改进。
Boring speeches
It’s really important to think carefully about your audience when planning your speech. For example, if you want to do a speech about the dangers of smoking, but no one in the class smokes, this probably won’t be very interesting. Think of creative ideas for your speeches.
你说的根本不是听众想听的，这可能是演讲的致命伤了。认清自己的目标人群，同时一定要在自己的演讲里有一些有创意的想法。
Appropriacy of style
Here again it is important to think about your audience. Watch several different examples of famous speeches and think about the style and the purpose of the speech and the audience, before reflecting on your own.
