Born in Chengdu in 1948

Graduated from the art class of Chengdu normal college in 1973

1973年毕业于成都师范学院美术班

He entered the oil painting major of Sichuan Fine Art Institute in 1977

1977年入四川美术学院油画专业学习

He entered the painting professional research class of the painting department of Sichuan Fine Art Institute in 1979

1979年入四川美术学院绘画系油画专业研究班

Now lives and works in Chengdu

Time is moving forward, everything has to keep pace with The Times, I think this is normal. Now is the multimedia age, the information source is omni-directional, so light is a "shelf", can not meet the need of painting long ago. The earliest painting was for the image of the record man, and the camera appeared to replace it. So, in this sense, the role of graphic painting has long been changed. Now it's a step further, with cameras and movies coming in. Many of them are impossible to compare on this easel, but I think the easiness on the easel painting is a lot of things that can't be compared. It in there, you can see, forever in different people, different time, seemed to have different feelings, this is also the value of its existence, so, personally, I think easel painting no death, there will stay.

时代在前进，一切都要与时俱进，我觉得这很正常。现在是多媒体时代，信息来源都是全方位的，所以光是一个“架上”，早就不能满足绘画的需要了。最早绘画是为记录人的形象而存在的，照相机出现后替代了它这个功能，所以，就这点来说，平面绘画的作用早就已经被改变了。现在是更进一步，摄像机、电影都出现。很多都是这种架上画无法比的，但是我觉得架上画的静止性，也是很多东西无法比及的。它放在那儿，你可以永远地看下去，在不同的人、不同的时候，看起来有不同的感受，这也是它存在的价值，所以，我个人认为，架上画不会死亡，会流传下去。
