Diagnosis almost certain
Presentation
This patient had a WHO grade II astrocytomaexcised 4 years previously. Slowly increasing T2 signal.
Patient Data
AGE: Adult
MR perfusiondemonstrates increased blood volume in the regions of increased T2 consistentwith the presence of tumor.
CaseDiscussion
Althoughperfusion is most frequently shown as color maps, ROIs and curves can also behelpful.
