年前订单货期沟通

We really need your help please.

There has been a mistake when entering the current 4 back pack and 2 lunch box for customer orders.

The current hand over dates for the first hit of each style is 22/04/21..

Please could you help so that all the first hits can hand over 01/04/21.

I have created the attached this morning which shows the new hand over dates and actual ship dates we require (in yellow). Could you take a look at the attached please and confirm if you can do these new dates. You may add a new column to the attached if you require.

We afraid the bulk materials can not finish until end of March, as when we got materials booking approval, the suppliers already closed, so materials could only produce until they re-open.

For your required new shipment, the materials may just finish at that time, and handover date is 16days befoe shipments.
So sorry, but its really impossible for factory to catch
