Giving others some compliments will make people happy. Everyone needs praising. If you can praise others well, people will hold you in respect. The true compliment is not flattery. It is a kind of way you express your feeling and your emotion.Making your compliments more specific will be much better. It makes the person feel like you notice him. For example, it would be better if you say, " That necklace looks really good on you." It makes a bigger impact compared to "You look good."
