will not be held responsiblefor error or failure to execute bids. 

                                                                     A $30 FEE WILL BE CHARGED ONANY RETURNED CHECKS.  

PAYMENT & PICK UP OFPURCHASES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF THE AUCTION. 

Successfulbidders will be notified Monday late afternoon following the sale.

 

Shipping may be arranged as acourtesy, once items are paid for, at the cost of the buyer.  We do not assume responsibility fordamages.  In the event we cannot shipyour item(s), we can provide a list of shippers. **INTERNATIONAL SHIIPING SERVICEIS NOT AVAILABLE IN-HOUSE.  ALLINTERNATIONAL BIDDERS MUST CONTACT AN OUTSIDE AGENT FOR THE COLLECTION ANDRECEIPT OF GOODS**   It is the customer’sresponsibility to arrange shipping with the shippers.  If any items are left after two weeks, therewill be a $25 storage fee per lot per week.

 

LIVE AUCTIONEER bids are executed in competition withthe audience, on an alternate basis.  The auctioneer has the discretion of openingthe item at 50% of your left bid.
