当你阅读英语原文(原版)时，是凭借什么(语言)来理解原文的？

你阅读英语原文(原版)时，你的阅读“理解语言”是什么？

是中文，还是英语？

是中文，也就是“英译汉翻译”式“英语阅读”吗？这样能“读懂”就叫我们所说的“具备英语阅读能力”吗？我们到底是在“读英语”，还是在读“变相中文”？

在应试英语考试(四六级考研雅思托福)中，因为收到时间压制，采用这种“英译汉翻译”式“阅读”(其实是找后面的阅读理解“答案”)是可以理解的，毕竟考试英语“分数为王”。然而，除此“特殊阅读”之外呢？

还是“汉译英式英语阅读”吗？

“汉译英式英语阅读”能提高我们的“英语语言能力”吗？

阅读的过程，实质是你的中文得到更多训练和运用，还是你的英语呢？

我随便找一篇“英语原版文章”，让你“读一读”：“发发汗”“照照镜子”“正正衣冠”，真正体会一会什么是你不具备同时需要加强训练的“英语阅读能力”

1) 原版英语：

At first glance (or click), spending your time on social media websites can seem like a dream if you aren’t confident in your social skills. You don’t really have to deal with people directly, you have all the time you need to say what you think someone else would like to read, and if you are feeling uncomfortable, you can simply log off.

2) 如果你的阅读“理解语言”能做到是“英语”，那么，你大概的“英语阅读”是这样的：

1. 读到At first glance (or click)时：

When you do something at first glance, you begin/start to do something.

你的“理解语言”是中文“第一眼”吗？

2.读到spending your time on social media websites时，英语“理解语言”：

When we spend our time doing something, we pass our time doing something

不是中文：花费时间做某事。

3. 读到social media时，英语“理解语言”：

For example,Facebook,Twitter,WeChat,Weibo.We call these social media.

不是中文“社交媒体”呀！

4.读到can seem like a dream if you aren’t confident in your social skills时，“理解语言”：

can seem like a dream here means seem like a dream job for you, a perfect job for you,the best job for you.

这就是“用英语理解英语”，而不是“用中文理解英语”：理想工作。

5. 读到 if you aren’t confident in your social skills时，理解语言：

if you do have any confidence in your social skills, if you are nort sure of your social skills.

When we deal with people in the society,in our life, in our work, this is our social skills.

6.读到You don’t really have to deal with people directly时，英语“理解语言” ：

You don't really need any social skills.

7. 读到you have all the time you need to say what you think someone else would like to read, and if you are feeling uncomfortable, you can simply log off时，你也一定是需要“理解，读懂”的，但这个“理解，读懂”应该是英语：

You can do anything anytime.You can say anything you like.

我们认为，这才是你在应试英语之外，语言训练培养起来的“英语阅读能力”：做到像英美人那样(至少接近)去“英语阅读”，就像中国人那样“用中文读中文”，而不是“用英语读中文”。

英语你从初中算起，已有年头，这样的“英语阅读能力”接触过吗？
