There are so many people here who will tell you that 'you can't'. What you've got to do is turning around and say:'Watch me.'

总会有许多人对你指手画脚，告诉你“你做不到”。你所要做的就是转过头去对他们说：“看我的。”

Don't give up, the beginning is always the hardest.

别气馁，因为万事总是开头最难。

You must do the things you think you cannot do. 

务必要去尝试你认为不可能的事。

Never quit because something went wrong; quit because you tried your best and nothing made it better.
