一、简介：
IPAT 的全称是 IBM Personal Aptitude Test，即 IBM 个人能力测试。 这是 IBM 招募新员工的笔试，考查英文阅读速度和基本运算反应能力。
1、题目分布：
PartⅠ：25 min，30 Ques
PartⅡ：10 min，40 Ques
PartⅢ：30 min，25 Ques
每次发试卷后，有 5 分钟的时间看答题样板，三个部分总共 15 分钟。 所以考试的总时间是 80 分钟。
2、题目类型：
PartⅠ 矩阵排列（就是把行和列变来边去，让你说出字母）
PartⅡ 数列猜测（就是连续出现一些字母，让你猜下一个）
PartⅢ x 数学计算（主要是一些分数的运算，小学理解能力）
3、题目难度：其实说白了一点都不难，绝对是小学三年级水平。但是很多人都没能按时做完全部题目，甚至忙中出错，主要的原因是看英文题目，思考太久。

二、中文版题目及参考答案
第一部分：
1、有3 台复印机（copier），平均每台每周工作42 小时，每台每周最少工作35 小时，问一台复印机每周最多会工作多少小时？
42*3 - 35*2 ＝56
2、在一个长11 meters，宽6 meters 的房间里，铺上10 centimeters 厚的水泥，问需要多少水泥？
11*6*0.1＝6.6 cubic meters
3、某公司有两座办公楼，一天，第一座楼20％的复印机和第二座楼40％的复印机需要进行维护，如果第一座楼拥有公司60％的复印机，问这天在维护的复印机是多少？
