◎七夕夜，我写诗

夜色。我想一朵刚绽放的花

隔着红色的糖果

散文铺在纸上，多么像你

一句春天，一句夏天

那一句冬天，总需要抒情

一朵朵朵朵放白

七夕夜。沏上茶

金菊、红果，最后一片秋风

红糖呢？我依然等候你的一勺红糖

多美的夜呵！多么幸福的期待

活过今夜就够了

望眼，我欲穿过最后的一堵厚厚的墙

七夕夜呵，我写诗

写一首你喜欢的诗

拟人、比喻、象征

写下诱惑、耳语、脚步和仰望

还有满怀色彩缤纷的喜欢

Qixi* Festival Night and I am Writing Poetry

Night-tide. I want a flower that has scarcely bloomed

One that stands apart from all the red candy

Prose laid out on paper, so very much like you!

A line about summer

A line about winter, the abiding need to be lyrical

A continuously white-blooming flower

Qixi Festival night. Steeping tea

Golden chrysanthemum, haw, the last gust of autumn wind

Where is the brown sugar? I am still waiting for a spoonful of your brown sugar

What a beautiful night! My anticipation is blissful

To have lived through this night is all that I could ever ask

With eager expectancy, I surmount the last obstacle

On Qixi night, I am writing poetry

Writing a poem that you will like

One that uses personification and metaphor

Symbolism, a temptation, a whisper, a footfall and when you raise your eyes

Your heart will be filled with a riot of festive colour

* Qixi festival or Double Seven festival celebrates the popular legend of the Weaver Girl (the seventh daughter of a goddess and symbol of the constellation Vega) and the Cowherd (symbol of Altair) who fell in love and married without knowledge of the goddess. As a punishment he two were forced to part. Folklore tells us that magpies took pity on them and once a year on the night of the seventh day of the seventh month, they form a bridge so that the lovers can meet.
