Inspiration Channel （灵感通道）（1）I am forced to take on lots of extra work. And most of them are trivial stuff and off my career path. But colleagues in the same position do not have to do any extra work. I feel I am unfairly treated and overwhelmed. Most importantly, I feel underappreciated.

我被迫做很多额外的工作。大部分工作很琐碎，并且脱离我的职业道路。但是相同职位的同事却不需要做任何额外的工作。我感觉自己受到不公平对待，并且不堪重负。最重要的是，我感到自己的工作能力没有得到认可。

（2）Write down all the things you like about your job. Try to find something positive, even if it ’ s just the view from your window. Also, make a list of all the things you dislike about your job. Because you may like what you do, but dislike your colleagues or boss.

把你喜欢的工作的方面写下来。尝试找一些积极的方面，甚至可以是你窗外的风景。同样，列一个清单，总结一下自己不喜欢工作的哪些方面。因为有可能是你喜欢这份工作只是讨厌你的同事或上司。

（3）A bad job may be a necessary placeholder while you spend time to take class or on the Internet to find more satisfactory new job. But remember, just because you ’ re unhappy in your current job doesn ’ t mean the next one will be perfect.

当你花时间去上课或在网上找更加令你满意的新工作的时候，一份不理想的工作也许是个必要的预留位置。但是也要记得，你在现在的工作中不开心并不意味着下一个工作就是完美的。
