ECSHOP下订单后给客户商家发邮件

在flow.php文件中，给商家发邮件下面

        $smarty->assign('send_date', date($_CFG['time_format']));
        $content = $smarty->fetch('str:' . $tpl['template_content']);
        send_mail($_CFG['shop_name'], $_CFG['service_email'], $tpl['template_subject'], $content, $tpl['is_html']);
    }

增加下面的代码就可以实现。注意 email就是客户的email地址，通过$consignee[]数组获取
