nothing less than 是一个用于突出强调某事物在某方面极其重要、特殊、引
人注目 （used to emphasize how important, special, or attractivesomething
is）的短语，常置于名词或形容词之前。可译成：“完全”、“无异于”、“不亚
于”、“简直”、“正是”、“恰恰是”等来加强修饰语气。
1）His failure was due to nothing less than his owncarelessness.
他的失败完全是由于他自己的粗心。
2）His recovery is nothing less than a miracle。
他的康复是完全个奇迹。
