能有机会休息一下我就满足了。
wait on XX hand and foot｜无微不至／细心地照顾
He's waiting on her hand and foot.
马修无微不至地照顾她。（马修影片中的角色）
这个表达在口中还常用被动语态，XX be /get waited on hand and foot，意思就是某人被细心地照顾着。
例句：

英文释义：
准备好了，却又临阵脱逃

这个表达就按照表面意思来理解的话，就是“第一步就踏错了”，通常用来“开局不顺”，可以理解为“用错误的方式打开”🤔🤔🤔

这里的it替换的就是“mouth”，当然也可以直接说成put your foot in your mouth~~意思是“说话不经大脑，让人尴尬😅 ”
