读英文课本必备技能：如何划重点记笔记

 

有没有试过看课文怎么看也看不懂？或者是记了一大堆笔记可还是发现自己没有理解内容？学课文也是有技巧的，有了下面这些秘籍，妈妈再也不用担心我学课文没效率啦！

做标记

Marking & Underlining

Read a section of your text (that you own!) that you consider 'manageable' but make no entries.

选一篇你认为适合你水平的课文（必须是你自己选的！），看一部分，但不要做笔记。

Review the section: number important or sequential ideas in the margins.

再重新看一遍，在边上用数字标出重要或是有顺序的内容。

Underline or highlight:

用下划线或荧光笔标出：

·main subjects

·主题

·examples of these main ideas that help you understand them

·有助于理解主要内容的例子

·unfamiliar vocabulary and/or definitions

·不熟悉的单词和/或解释

Jot down paraphrases, questions, and summaries in available space within the text.

在文段之间的空白处粗略地记下内容转述、疑问和概括。

Develop a system to coordinate various sources of information: workbooks, CDs, Web sites, classroom notes, etc.

建立一个整合不同信息来源的体系，包括练习册、光盘、网站、课堂笔记等。

Taking notes

第一步：看课本里一个单元的一个部分

Read just enough to keep an understanding of the material.

看到把材料内容弄明白就够了。

Do not take notes, but rather focus on understanding the material.

不要记笔记，先集中理解材料。

It is tempting to take notes as you are reading the first time, but this is not an efficient technique: you are likely to take down too much information and simply copy without understanding.

第一次看的时候会很想去做笔记，但这不并是个有效的方法，因为你很容易就会记下太多东西，而且仅仅是照抄，没有理解内容。

第二步：重新看一遍材料内容

Locate the main ideas, as well as important sub-points.

找到主要内容和有用的次要信息。

Set the book aside.

把书放到一边。

Paraphrase this information: Putting the textbook information in your own words forces you to become actively involved with the material.

转述这些内容。用自己的话转述课本上的信息能使你投入到材料内容中去。

第三步：把你的转述整理成你的笔记

Do not copy information directly from the textbook.

不要照抄课本上的内容。

Add only enough detail to understand.

只添加理解时必要的细节。

Review, and compare your notes with the text, and ask yourself if you truly understand.

重新看一遍，比较你的笔记和课文的内容，问问自己是不是真正明白了。
