DAA的临床效果

骨科手术的一个基本原则，是倾向于通过肌肉间隙和神经间隙的空间进行手术，将软组织损伤最小化。虽然所有全髋关节置换手术方式都取得优良结果，但DAA是唯一一种利用肌肉间隙和神经间隙进行的手术方式。

软组织挫伤

研究显示，DAA手术方式比后外侧入路、前外侧入路更好地保护了外展肌群、外旋肌群[1-3]。

术后康复

在术后恢复方面，DAA THA可能比较有优势[4]，多项研究[5-8]显示DAA存在更少的疼痛，更早地恢复髋关节功能，更快地恢复正常步态，更短的住院时间，术后早期及晚期Harris评分更高，更好的活动范围等优势。
