Do you ever wake up sometimes but are caught up about WORRYING about what’s going to happen two days from now or an event that occurred yesterday that put your mood down. In the past when I was a teenager I always thought too much about what’s going to happen the next day or why that person said “X”. My thoughts would be caught up on THINKING too much about the future or the past. I remember sometimes I would think about what I am going to plan on doing on the weekend four days in advance or think too much about “WHAT IF THIS OR THAT HAPPENS”. A lot of us spend the day thinking too much and forgetting to VALUE our present time. I am not saying that you shouldn’t think about your future. There is nothing wrong with setting long term goals and thinking about your future, What im trying to say is don’t just SIT there and WORRY about what’s going to happen in 20 years, or worry about a tragedy that could occur. The more you think about this kind of stuff the less you APPRECIATE your present time. Count how many times your mind is CLUTTERED with a thousand thoughts while you are walking on the street like That professor that put you down, worrying about how many kids you are going to have in the future, worrying and asking yourself what groceries you need to get in 4 days.

你是否有天醒来还在担心接下来的两天会发生的事情,或者昨天发生的事情,让你的心情低落。过去当我还是个少年的时候,我常常想太多接下来一天要发生的事情或者为什么那个人会说某句话。我想太多未来和过去的事情。我记得有时我会思考我要详细计划在周末四天做什么,或者想太多诸如“如果这件事情或那件事情发生将会怎么样”的问题。我们很多人花费整天时间去思考太多,而忘记重视我们此刻的时间。我不是在说你不应该思考你的未来。设定一个长期的目标和思考未来没有错,我想说的是不要只是坐在这里担心以后的20年里将要发生的事情,或者担心悲剧的发生。你思考这种事情越多,就会享用你此刻的时间越少。数数当你在街上散步时有多少时间你的思想胡乱的想一堆事情,像是教授不接受你,不担心将来你会有几个小孩,担心并且问自己接下来的四天里你需要买的生活用品。1

Its true that we are human and we have EMOTIONS therefore we all worry to a certain level. But some of us just can’t live in the PRESENT moment and appreciate the day that we are given. Some of us also have so many goals that we want to accomplish yet we sometimes spend the day worrying or thinking about some things that we have absolutely no CONTROL over. Learn to live, love, and breathe by what’s in your present moment.

的确,我们是人类,我们会有情绪,因此我们都会有一定程度的担心。但是我们中的有些人不能活在当下享受已有的今天。我们中的有些人有很多目标想要完成,但是有时候却花费整天去担心和思考那些我们不可能控制的事情。学会生活,学会爱,学会呼吸,在此刻。
