So back to the habits, if you fill your life with so many good habits you’ll essentially squeeze out the bad ones with relatively little effort.

Joi comes up with a great list of habits to inspire people and get you thinking of good habits you would like to form yourself. Of the ten she lists I would include: read more, drink more water, and get at least 30 minutes of activity each day to my list.

As we enter a new year give a thought to some habits you would like to form. These aren’t resolutions these are habits. Habits that you can integrate into your life, do daily No. Matter. What.
