熟悉文章：别着急打开音频，自己熟悉文章内容，不查单词，尽量理解文意；
听音理解：打开音频，边听边按照录音讲解，摘抄重点句子翻译，反复琢磨；
录音对比：录下自己的发音，把自己的发音与主播进行对比，逐步改进。
