幽门螺杆菌感染
幽门螺杆菌是一种革兰氏阴性菌,主要分布在胃黏膜组织中,成人一旦感染机体无法进行自我自愈。
中国有 7.68 亿的感染人群,几乎是每两个人里面就有一个为幽门螺杆菌携带者。幽门螺杆菌感染患者中 15%~20% 会发生消化性溃疡,5%~10% 发生幽门螺杆菌相关性消化不良,1% 最终会发生胃恶性肿瘤。
