Pingjiang Historical Block is establishing National Rate AAAA Scenic Spot. In order to reach this goal, I think some problems should be solved in the near future.
Firstly, they should enhance their own special feature! What is your own special feature? How can you make tourists understand and love this special feature? In my opinion, Historical Block should be focused on what and how you have maken efforts to protect and develop these old buildings well. So they should choose some successful places to improve its efficiency.
Secondly, they should enforce management, including the business run by other companies, such as boat, tricycle, and some attractions. They should care about all the business, which are run by anyone only in their site, because each of them will represent the whole tourism image.
Thirdly, they should improve service. On the one hand, everyone who works in the site should pay more attention to the demands of tourists. No matter who works or doesn’t work in your company, everyone should work hard and show his or her passion to tourists. On the other hand, a lot of tourism facilities should be set up, including visitor center system, tourism information, tourism introduction, trash cans, toilets, etc.
Forthly, they should enlarge the impression of tourism market. They should work over and innovate the way and content of tourism promotion, attracting more and more individual tourists, not just for the group tourists.
