土豆沙拉Potato salad

Every day vegetables suchas onions and potatos are very cheap in North America. Sometimesthey could be bought for C$1.00/10 lbs. But even these ordinaryvegetables can be made to extrodinary delicious dishes.

 

 

Ingredients

potatoes,4 hard boiled eggs,half of Purple onion, 3 minicornichons, celery, salt, grind blackpepper,mayonnaise 

boil potatoes in the pot. (about 30minutes)

when cool down, peel and chop them into roughly even sizedpieces in the bowl.

chop 4 hard boiled eggs, half of Purple onion, 3 minicornichons, celery.

add salt to taste, a teaspoon of grind black pepper,mayonnaise to taste,

mix them in the bowl.

ready to eat.
