意大利杏仁脆饼Biscotti

  

Ingredients:

WholeAlmonds          450g (gri)d 1/3 fine and 2/3 coarse in a quisinart.)

GranulatedSugar        200g

BrownSugar             200g

PastryFlour            275g

Salt                      2g

BakingPowder             8g

Cinnamon                   8g

Butter (roomtemp.)     125g

Eggs                          2 each    

1.Blend all dry ingredients and butter together. Add eggs andmix till incorporated

2.Dust table with bread flour.

3.Roll dough into a log.

4.Divide dough into 4 equal size pieces.

5.Roll each piece into a uniform strip and place two trays widthway.

6.Brush each log with egg wash.

7.Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes.

8.While still warm cut each strip on a slight angle.

9.place cut biscotti on a tray and return tothe oven 300 degrees F for approx. 10-15 minutes.

10.Cool slightly and finish each type differently dipping ordrizzling with white and dark chocolate.

11.Put in fridge to set chocolate.
