芝士填充布法罗鸡肉丸


       我总是有很多奇思异想的古怪点子,我曾试想过,如果一个填充满芝士的鸡翅会是怎么样的,味道又会是怎样呢?但很快我就放弃了~因为这是一个基本无法做到的事情!所以说~还是面对现实吧!就在此时此刻,一个念头又瞬时闪过:为何不把鸡肉剁碎以后直接加入芝士呢?哈哈哈...于是一场厨房大战再一次掀开了帷幕!


 

每一口下去,你都能感受到芝士爆浆的快感·~减肥的童鞋们这道菜就要少吃哦~~如果想让热量减低,请在材料上进行变更~~用烤箱烤也不失为一种好方法哟~!



 

芝士填充布法罗鸡肉丸

Mozzarella Stuffed Buffalo Chicken Meatballs


 

食材:

·鸡胸脯肉(切成大块) 750克 
·椰子粉 25克
·葱(切碎)3根 
·大蒜(切碎)两瓣 
·第戎芥末 30克
·全蛋 1个 
·安乔辣椒粉 5克
·细海盐 8克
·新鲜黑胡椒 5克 
·马苏里拉奶酪(切成立方体)120克
·杏仁(磨碎) 170克
·猪油或椰子油(煎炸)适量 也可用橄榄油

INGREDIENTS:

750g chicken breast meat, cut into large chunks

1/4 cup coconut flour

3 green onions, chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 whole egg

1 tsp ancho chili powder

1/2 tsp Himalayan or fine sea salt

1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper

120g mozzarrella cheese, cut into 1/2' cubes

1 cup ground almonds

Lard or coconut oil, for frying 


做法:

除了杏仁粉,将其他所有材料放入食物料理机。鸡肉我选用的鸡脯肉,你也可以使用其他甚至是去骨鸡腿肉!

Except ground almonds, place your all stuff in the bowl of your food processor. I used boneless chicken breasts, but I suppose you could also use ground chicken, or even boneless chicken thighs.


将所有的材料充分搅打成一致性的糊状~

 Process all these ingredients on pulse until your mixture is almost paste-like in consistency.


用冰激凌挖球器舀出肉泥直接放到手上,制作肉丸这个挖球器是我的首选工具。如果你碰巧有挖球器那么就非常方便,如果没有那就去买一个,绝对是个很值得的小投资哦~

Scoop about a tablespoon of the meat mixture and place it directly in the palm of your hand. A spring loaded ice cream scoop is my tool of choice when making meatballs. If you happen to have one, by all means, take it out! If you don’t have one, it’s an investment I say is really worth making.


直接往肉糜之间放一块奶酪

Stick a piece of cheese directly in the center of your meat.


用你的手指轻轻的收住边缘使肉丸完全密封!这个步骤只要将芝士完全密封在肉丸内就可以了,不要讲究肉丸的规整,因为肉丸很黏,比较难塑形~

With your fingers, delicately wrap the meat around the cheese until it gets perfectly sealed in. Don’t try and form a perfect ball at this point for the meat mixture is kind of sticky and won’t really cooperate with you. Just make sure you close the gap completely and entirely.


将肉丸丢到装着杏仁粉的容器里,转动碗使肉丸均匀的裹上杏仁粉~

Dump your imperfect meatball right into the bowl containing the ground almonds and toss it around until it’s completely covered.


通过你的手轻轻揉搓肉丸,让它完美成一个小圆球的形状!

Now form it into a perfect little ball by gently rolling it between your hands.


将剩余的肉糜用同一种方法做成肉丸,然后放在盘子里~应该能制作大约30-36个丸子。

Reserve to a plate and repeat this process with the rest of the meat mixture; you should be able to make from 30 to 36 meatballs total.


用猪油或椰子油倒入锅里大火使油温达至180度左右,下锅炸!使其变成金黄色,炸的时间大约3-4分钟~

Add 2 to 3 cups of lard or coconut oil to a large wok or saucepan and heat over high heat until the oil reaches 350F. Fry the meatballs, until they’re golden brown all around, about 3 to 4 minutes total.


肉丸炸完后,转移到一个碗里!你可以根据自己的喜好做酱汁~可以是番茄酱、或者辣椒酱、当然蛋黄酱也是不错的选择,均匀的将酱汁淋在肉丸上~

俺用的辣椒酱~

Once the meatballs are done cooking, transfer them to a large bowl, pour the sauce right over the meatballs. Toss until the meatballs are evenly coated.


即可享用你的丸子啦~~~肉丸的温度依旧保持的很好~搭配着酱汁每一口都美味到爆!

Serve the meatballs immediately, while they are still warm, with a colorful assortment of crudités.


说实话~这些肉丸的美味仅靠它的本身,你不需要通过其他的来凸显它的美味!看看我们肉丸里的芝士爆浆~

But honestly, those meatballs are so delicious on their own, you probably won’t need to serve them with much of anything else.
