Method制作方法
1.Sauté lardon until it turns a golden color.
2.Add cream and thyme. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce to half.
3.Mix in egg and cheddar to cooled cream mixture.
4.Pour into the pre-baked shells. Top with some more cheddar.
5.Bake at 185C for 15 mins.
1.煸炒拉东,直至呈金黄色。
