昨天圣诞节，在听英国女王的圣诞致辞后，突然想写这篇作文。毫无理由的。

作文不常写，写作技能就会生疏，这是必然的。但是每次写一定要有所突破，才会有效，其中一个好方法就是把别人的好作文的好文笔内化为己有。下面这篇文字用到了很多高级词块，个别是四级常用词汇，相信对成绩非常好的读者也会有用。我一贯主张，先广泛阅读大量的同类话题作文，然后下笔，调用自己的思维，用上积累的词块。

First, it can help achieve high working efficiency. Obviously, a group where all members unite as one is usually full of passion and strength. Otherwise, a lot of time will be spent convincing each other. (展开方式：主题句 解释 反向说明) Second, it contributes to a friendly environment in which everyone can work with a good mood. By contrast, individuals with strong opinions are inclined to be aggressive, imposing great pressure on others. (展开方式：主题句 反向说明)
结尾段：提出建议
Personally, even with the most deeply held differences, treating the other person with respect is always a good first step towards greater understanding. Also, a good listening can gain you deep empathy with others. Both will be a source of personal comfort and reassurance in various conflicts.
