No1辅机吊缸
六只缸头拆卸，五只换备用缸头，一只解体、清洁、研磨，两只排气阀超限，换新。六只启动阀解体、研磨，密封令换新。示功靠克安全阀拆卸检查。六只活塞吊出、清洁，连杆大端轴瓦检查，均有轻微磨损，其中No4缸磨损严重，换新备件。No3主轴瓦拆卸、检查，存在轻微磨损，仍可继续使用，装复。No7主轴瓦拆卸，磨损严重，漏铜超过三分之一，换新备件以47kg-m力矩装复。连杆螺栓测量长度未超限，以72kg-m力矩装复。六套活塞令换新，搭口间隙、天地间隙测量:
Duty:
Attention pls.
Go out for checking 1time/hour at least.
No go out of the Engine room and ECR.
Change duty must be in ECR.
Clean your duty area in time.
Air condition room checking not more than 1min, and come back at once.
No go to deck and room.
Attention the GE’s power change, especially cargo time. If there’s something wrong with the GE, cut off all the cranes power first. and then call the 3E.

All the valves’ packing check by soap water, if there have bubble or not
Check all the connections, if there have oil or not
