记录须知/Instruction
1.每次动用主机时，必须将主机的每一动作用规定符号记录之。
Record every movement of the M/E by using the provsion symbols when start the M/E.
2.主机的每一动作必须记录其相应车令时间，准确到 1/4 分钟。
Record the time every movement of the M/E form start, time accurate upto 1/4min.
3.驾驶台与机舱必须同时记录车钟指令。
The record must be taken at both the Bridge and the E/R.
4.值班驾驶员及值班轮机员负记录之责，并签名。
The Duty Officer anf the Duty Engineer are resposible for take the record must sign at the end.
5.每次发出备车车令前，驾驶台必须与机舱校对时钟。
Before stat the engine, the Bridge and the E/R must proofread time.
6.本记录簿用完后，其保存时间同航海日志。
Keep with the log book after used.
7.如有海损时间，本记录簿必须与航海日志及轮机日志同时送交有关部门。
If there is any damage, the racord book must handle to the related department with the Marine Log Book and Engine Log Book.
8.记录不得涂擦，如有删改必须用线划去，并由记录者在删改处签名。
Alter is prohabbited. If there is any mistake, the recorder shall crossed out the mistake with a pen and signed.
9.航行交接班时，交班者须在最后一个车钟记录后签名。
When swiched the shift, the succession must sign at the last record.
10.定速或完车车钟记录后须由记录者签名，其后的下一次备车须另换一页记录。
After fixing the speed or finish the engine, the recorder must sign at the bottom. Use a new page for the next record.
11.每记完一页，由船长或轮机长在下方的签名栏签署。
The master or the Chief Engineer should sign at the bottom when finish one page.
