杜加氏征（Dugas sign)-肩关节脱位

患肢肘关节屈曲，手放于对侧肩关节上，则肘部不能与胸壁相贴；或肘部能与胸壁相贴，但手不能放于对侧肩上即为阳性。提示肩关节脱位。

 

A simple clinical test for dislocated shoulder. When the hand of the affected side is placed on the opposite shoulder the elbow cannot be made to touch the chest. In this case the injury is a dislocation and not a fracture of the humerus.

A test performed to determine whether an injured shoulder is due to a dislocation or a fracture. If the elbow cannot be made to touch the chest while the hand rests on the opposite shoulder, the injury is a dislocation.
