细胞凋亡活体检测—FLIVO探针活体凋亡检测工具

Apoptosis plays an important role in embryonic development, hematopoiesis, maturation of immune system, maintenance of cell stability and growth balance of normal tissues and organs, and even aging of the body. Therefore, the research on apoptosis has been widely carried out in clinical and basic fields, and the detection method of apoptotic cells is very important.

FLIVO ® (Fluorescent in vivo) is a powerful non-invasive method to detect the activity of caspase in vivo. NIR-FLIVO 690 tracer is a non cytotoxic, fluorescent inhibitor of caspases, which is optimized for use in the whole living animal. ICT's NIR-FLIVO 690 tracer probe contains the preferred binding sequence for most caspases (Val Ala Asp or VAD).

FLIVO探针是什么?

FLIVO(FLuorescence in vIVO)探针是细胞渗透性、无毒性的天冬氨酸蛋白酶(Caspases)荧光抑制剂,FLIVO可以用于检测活体动物体内Caspase介导的细胞凋亡、焦亡。FLIVO非常敏感,自然发生的低水平细胞凋亡也会被检测到。

FLIVO探针的活体使用对药物测定研究很有价值,因为通过活体动物的荧光成像可测定药物反应性所引起的凋亡水平升高或降低。凋亡水平的升高使得粘附的探针更多,因此荧光强度增加。此外,活体技术避免了从动物上取出细胞和组织的需要,这会进一步诱导凋亡。
