船员面试：怎么判断走锚

船员兄弟们在面试的时候，经常被问到：怎么判断船舶走锚的问题。

这也是很常规的一道面试题，今天就和大家简单聊聊。有不妥之处，请大家多提宝贵意见

。

第一招：使用GPS的track功能

以古野150GPS操作为例。

按一下GPS上的MENU按钮，就弹出菜单的主界面，选择PLOTTER，然后就进入了下面PLOTTER SETUP这个界面，请您看图：

界面的第一栏是TRACK REC，意思就是航迹记录。按一下GPS面板上的ENTER按钮，就能对这一项进行选择。

是不是很熟悉的操作？选DISTANCE就行了，这就表示GPS将记录船位点。

第二栏就是设置距离间隔，例如设为0.1nm，那么，与第一项结合起来，意思就是GPS每隔0.1nm就记录一个船位点。到此，设置结束。

然后，GPS就不停的记录船位点，并自动画出航迹曲线。请看下面这个图，大概就是这个意思。

上图第一行的经纬度，就是本船当前的GPS船位。

当你船抛锚后，就在GPS上打开这个功能，这样，GPS就能自己画出船在锚地运动的轨迹了。

如果你看到船舶航迹是一个横八字“∞”形状，就说明船没走锚。如果航迹变成了一字型“|”或“S”形状，就说明走锚了。

当然，GPS上的SOG对地速度，如果超过了0.1kn，您也需要注意船是否走锚了。

第二招：观察锚链的摆动

如果没走锚，锚链的表现通常是一松一紧，锚链与水面也比较垂直，这说明锚链受力不大，船随波浪晃动造成正常的上下运动的状态。

如果走锚了，锚链就会持续的受力，与水面的夹角也会变小，一般不再是一松一紧的状态，有时甚至会发生跳动。

如果你仔细观察，也会发现，船头基本上也不左右摇摆了，而是朝着同一个方向。

第三招：雷达观测物标方位

船在锚地，一般都能看到陆地上的物标。

因此，可以用雷达，观测船舶正横方向的固定物标，最好同时测两个，使用两物标方位定位的办法，定一下船位，这样也能确定船是不是走锚了。

Q：Please talk about how to determmine dragging on board according to your opinions.

A：Generally speaking, there are 3 key points in my opinion as follows:

1.use the 'track' function of GPS reciever. 

I can press the button 'MENU' on the keyboard, and select the 'PLOTTER', the window 'PLOTTER SETUP' displayed.

Then move the arrow on the keyboard, choose the item 'DISTANCE' on the first column 'TRACK REC'.

next, I need to setup the 2nd column 'INTERVAL', for example, 0.1nm.

2. watch anchor chain's motion.

If dragging not happened, anchor chain swings up and down, and meanwhile, it is almost vertical. 

Otherwise, when dragging happened, anchor chain will become to tighten continually, the angle  based on the sea surface will also be smaller.

At the same time, the bow will stop swinging as normal, inteadly, it  maybe toward to some direction, that improves the ship has dragged.

3. use radar to obtain the position in order to determine dragging or not

I can obtain 2 LOP by using radar, based on the method of positioning through observing 2 objects, so that I can determine dragging or not by comparing with the anchor position at the start of anchoring.

This is my experience that how to determine dragging of ships, thanks a lot for the interview and have a good day.
