python3.8用pyinstaller3.5导不出exe提示TypeError: an integer is required (got type bytes)

直接用这个安装pyinstaller

pip install https://github.com/pyinstaller/pyinstaller/archive/develop.tar.gz

也有可能是python版本的问题，升级到pyinstaller4.0

在我的电脑测试通过，win732位，python3.8
